Please ensure all order details are correct when you place your order. All your order details and delivery tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is processed.
Standard Postage via Australia Post – processed and dispatched within 48 hours from time order has been placed
Express Postage via Australia Post – processed and dispatched within 24 hours from time order has been placed

AUSTRALIA STANDARD & EXPRESS DELIVERY
Standard shipping in Australia is flat rate of $8.99 per item
Express shipping in Australia is a flat rate of $12.99 per item
Orders over $100.00 delivered Free Of Charge within Australia
Local and Interstate deliveries:
- Metro – up to 3-12 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
- Country – Please ask at your local Post Office

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
The Special delivery instructions field on the checkout page allows you to leave
specific instructions for delivery that are printed on the label
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Unless otherwise indicated by you on the checkout page, deliveries will be labelled with Signature on Delivery or with Authority to leave (as per customer’s request).
If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, Australia Post or StarTrack courier will leave it with someone else at the address or in a secure location unattended at the address.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, and there is not a secure locations at the property for the parcel to be left, the courier will leave a card with the instructions for the recipient.
Please note that Australis Food Group cannot accept any responsibility or liability on the rare occasions that a consignment is lost, stolen or damaged.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We deliver worldwide (subject to Customs requirements in your country) using EMS. Any local taxed or duties in your country of delivery are your responsibility
