1. Shipping Information

Australis Food Group ships products within Australia and to select international locations. All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Once orders are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We offer reliable domestic delivery through trusted courier services. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are based on your delivery location and order size.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times vary by destination.

2. Order Tracking

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your macadamias. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases once products are opened.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item. We will replace or refund the item where appropriate.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
